The article "The World's Most Influential Scientists" prepared by the journal "PLOS Biology" of ScienceDirect, the leading peer-reviewed academic literature platform, has been published. This article was created by a team of American and Dutch scientists led by Stanford University, taking into account various scientific criteria. Scientists who are in the 2% percentile of the success ranking: "World Top 2% Scientists" found a place in the list.

 

Within the scope of the research, among the 159,683 scientists in the ranking created by examining the "work done by scientists throughout their careers"; 614 from Turkey, took place 11 from Marmara University faculty member.
